Job summary

Sccsinternational seeks a senior project management consultant acting as the commercial authority for a major renewable energy and transmission project with commitments in the billions of USD. You will hold the project owner's contractual and commercial interests across solar photovoltaic generation, battery storage, high voltage substations and the subsea interconnector between Indonesia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Twenty or more years in commercial and contracts management on major capital projects.
• Ten or more years in senior commercial leadership.
• Experience leading contract administration, claims management and commercial teams on projects valued above one billion USD.

Responsibilities

• Lead across contract administration, change management, claims management and dispute avoidance.
• Coordinate commercial interfaces with major Chinese EPC contractors, marine contractors, international suppliers and cross-border stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial risk and contractor performance across the project.
