Job summary

CZ in Singapore seeks a Trade Support/Commercial Operations professional to manage existing key commercial accounts, conduct supply and demand analysis in key regions, and expand into new markets across the Czarnikow portfolio.

You will assist with establishing new regional entities, support contract administration, data management, pricing processes, and cross-team collaboration with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in Trading or Trade Support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key commercial accounts, ensuring repeat business.
• Manage supply and demand analysis in key regions.
• Scope new markets and obtain new clients across Czarnikow products and services.
• Assist with setting up new regional corporate entities.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase contracts, addenda and amendments.
• Review contracts to reflect agreed terms and email correspondence.
• Maintain data integrity and support compliance with internal controls.
• Create and maintain contracts, cost profiles and related records in Suite.
• Ensure accuracy of trade data, contract fields and pricing information.
• Maintain Contract Master Records and supporting documentation.
• Process futures records and other pricing-related transactions.
• Prepare and issue price confirmations with approvals as needed.
• Support CDD, credit-related processes and internal reporting.
• Coordinate samples, budget-related activities and other tasks.
• Provide backup support to team members and drive process improvements.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Commercial

Manage existing key commercial accounts, ensuring repeat business.

Manage Supply and demand analysis in key regions

Scope new markets and obtain new clients across the different products and services in the Czarnikow portfolio

Assist with the setting up of new regional corporate entities

Contract Administration

• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase contracts, addendums and amendments.
• Review contractual documents to ensure they accurately reflect agreed commercial terms and email correspondence.
• Obtain required approvals, signatures, and maintain records within company systems.
• Maintain data integrity and support compliance with internal controls.

Trade System & Data Management

• Create and maintain contracts, cost profiles and related records within Suite.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of trade data, contract fields and pricing information.
• Maintain Contract Master Records and supporting documentation.

Pricing & Futures Support

• Process futures records internally and other pricing-related transactions.
• Prepare and issue price confirmations, following up on approvals where required.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Support CDD, credit-related processes and internal reporting requirements.
• Coordinate samples, budget-related activities and other ad hoc operational tasks.
• Provide backup support to team members and assist with process improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:
