Job summary

CANAAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service and repair air‑conditioning systems across Singapore sites.

You will diagnose faults, perform site maintenance and ensure safety guidelines are followed to deliver reliable comfort to clients. The role requires relevant HVAC experience, an appropriate technical diploma, strong troubleshooting ability, and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Diploma or cert in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chiller, FCU, AHU, ducting).
• Perform chemical cleaning, overhaul, gas top-up, and part replacements.
• Diagnose faults in electrical controls and mechanical systems on site.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs and obtain customer sign‑offs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

• Diagnose technical faults, electrical control errors, and mechanical issues on site.
• Prepare site service reports, maintenance logs, and get customer sign-offs.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in commercial or industrial HVAC / air-conditioning systems.
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
