Job summary

HP Singapore invites college interns to join our Supply Chain Knowledge Management & Analytics team for a 5-6 month full-time internship starting January 2027. You will review Cognita templates, organize content, and document usage guidelines.

You will also support supplier capacity data, costing templates, manufacturing process knowledge, and CM-related activities while gaining exposure to supplier onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in relevant fields.
• Commit to 5-6 months full-time internship starting Jan 2027.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and supplier management.
• Foundational costing and commercial concepts.
• Process-oriented and detail-focused mindset.
• Ability to organize information and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize Cognita templates and working documents.
• Improve accessibility and usability of Cognita content.
• Document purpose, usage guidelines of key templates.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation structure and sharing.
• Support supplier capacity data review and readiness assessments.
