Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is the leading SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. The role focuses on collections operations, data handling and process automation, supporting daily monitoring and data reconciliation tasks.

We welcome Diploma or Degree students in Business, Finance, Accounting, IS, or Data Analytics who are eager to learn, work independently with guidance, and contribute to process improvements. Flexible working and tech support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Interest in automation, data analytics or AI tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Add and update borrower and guarantor information in Command Center and QuestNet.
• Monitor QuestNet daily alerts, maintain POD trackers, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of collections data, trackers and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline collections processes and assist in automation efforts.
• Test, validate and document new automation workflows and AI tools.
• Maintain Collections SOPs and data quality.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Collections team and complete ad-hoc projects.

What you will do:

Collections Operations & Monitoring

• Add and update borrower and guarantor information in Command Center and QuestNet.
• Monitor QuestNet daily alerts, maintain and update POD trackers, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of collections data, trackers and operational reports.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive collections processes.
• Support the testing, validation and documentation of new automation workflows, AI tools and process enhancements.
• Assist with maintaining Collections SOPs, process documentation and data quality.

Team Support

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Collections team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data.
• Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
• Interest or experience in automation, data analytics, AI or productivity tools would be an advantage.
