Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to perform hands-on picking, packing, receiving and put-away of items, as well as shipment document checks and labeling prior to dispatch. You will help maintain accuracy and ensure shipments meet required KPIs and quality standards.

The role is based on-site at Toh Guan Road, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm with average overtime. It is a 12-month contract (convertible) with a salary up to SGD 2,600 plus 1-month bonus.

Qualifications

• O Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in warehouse or related functions.
• Comfortable working in cold-room (10°C) and freezer (-10°C).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on picking, packing, receiving and put-away of items.
• Shipment document check and handling with label preparation.
• Labeling before shipment.
• Ensure distribution shipments meet On-Time Delivery and Quality KPIs.
• Follow SOP and cGMP standards; maintain warehouse housekeeping.
