Job summary

RAPID RECRUITMENT ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate for a 12-month contract in an AIR-CON environment. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, and organizing inventory with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Requirements include a Nitec/Higher Nitec in Logistics or equivalent and at least 1 year of shipping/logistics experience. Candidates must be able to start immediately and work in cold/freezer conditions.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year shipping/logistics/warehouse experience.
• Able to commence work immediately.
• Comfortable to work in cold-room (10°C) and freezer (-10°C).

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on picking, packing, receiving and put away of items.
• Shipment document check and handling & marking label preparation.
• Package Clinical Trial Materials in the correct shipping material.
• Perform Just-In-Time (JIT) Labelling if applicable.
• Perform sealing of shipment prior to courier pick up.
• Ensure distribution shipment can meet the On-Time Delivery and Quality KPIs.
• Perform all processes in accordance with SOP and cGMP standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping of warehouse work area.
