Job summary

ADVINES HR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Supervisor for a busy coffee shop in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage cashiering and customer service, and ensure hygiene and inventory standards.

The role requires long hours, weekends and public holidays as rostered; hands-on duties are expected when staffing is tight; prior cafe/F&B supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a cafe/F&B setting preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties and cover peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing of outlet.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily manpower deployment.
• Handle cashiering, customer orders and customer complaints.
• Monitor daily sales and prepare sales records.
• Check inventory and arrange replenishment of beverages and supplies.
• Coordinate with stallholders, suppliers and delivery personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
• Must be willing to perform hands-on duties, including serving customers, clearing tables and general cleaning when manpower is short.
• Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Must be comfortable working in a busy, hot and fast-paced coffee shop environment.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be willing to cover duties when staff are absent or during peak periods.
• Rest days according to operational requirements.
• Prior coffee shop/F&B supervisory experience preferred.
