Job summary

RAFFLES EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced supervisor to lead the coffee shop floor, set performance goals, and guide team members toward excellent service.

You will organize workflows and ensure staff understand their duties, while maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience, a professional and friendly demeanor, and can work weekends, public holidays, nights, and split shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
• Professional and pleasant personality
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work at night shift and split shift
• Relevant working experience in coffee shop

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
