GCB Cocoa Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cocoa Sustainability Assistant to support the Good Cocoa & Beyond programme, driving project management, cross‑functional liaison and stakeholder engagement to promote a sustainable supply chain.

You will work with the global Cocoa Sustainability Manager, help prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and develop communications materials to showcase impact for cocoa farmers and communities across origin markets.

Qualifications

• Project Management: planning, coordinating and delivering projects.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: developing KPIs and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: working with diverse partners.
• Multi-tasking: balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in rural/agricultural settings to improve livelihoods.
• Working across time zones and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Write and review project proposals and reports.
• Review and prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, report against budgets.
• Accompany project implementation and coordinate partners.
• Track project data and KPIs; assess progress.
• Prepare sustainability strategy presentations; promotional materials.
• Draft and review policies and procedures; MEAL support.
• Support development of new projects and funding proposals.
• Liaise with trading and marketing teams on sustainability commitments.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and donors.

Connaissances

Fluent in written and spoken English

Demonstrable interest in sustai nable

Proficient understanding of socio‑ec),

IT Skills (data analysis & databases)

Written and oral communication

Interpersonal skills (cross-cultural)

Knowledge of agricultural supply-chs

Experience with corporate social resp.

Knowledge of living income, traceabil.

French and/or Spanish (proficiency)

Formation

Degree level in relevant field

Masters’ degree or equivalent

Project management training

Sustainability-related training
