GCB Cocoa Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cocoa Sustainability Assistant to support its Good Cocoa & Beyond programme. The role involves project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable supply chains and improve farmer livelihoods.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, data analysis skills, and a passion for sustainability, with the ability to work with teams across time zones and partners across origin locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field; project management training is a plus.
• Masters degree or equivalent is desirable.
• Sustainability-related training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Support: write and review proposals, monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Communications & Marketing: prepare sustainability materials and present to stakeholders.
• Programme Management: support strategy development, MEAL and data analysis.
• Programme Development: identify funding opportunities and proposals.
• Cross-functional liaison: coordinate with trading and marketing teams on sustainability commitments.
• Stakeholder Management: build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and donors.
