Aurum Holding and Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a professional bartender to join our bar team in Singapore. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages, craft cocktails, and assist guests with selections while maintaining a clean, organized bar environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Mix, garnish and present cocktails and other beverages professionally.
• Provide recommendations and assist customers with beverage selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage inventory and replenish stock when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company policies.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
