Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, invites an Asst Director/Senior Engineer/Executive Engineer to shape Singapore’s coastal resilience for the Greater Southern Waterfront. You will lead the design and implementation of coastal protection systems, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage contracts with consultants and contractors.

Degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years’ marine/coastal experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of marine/coastal/reclamation project experience preferred.
• Experience in contract administration and consultant management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work, tender specs, evaluation reports, and manage consultants/contractors.
• Support management of professional services and construction contracts for the Greater Southern Waterfront area.
• Review civil/geotechnical proposals, site investigations, design submissions, and construction methods for compliance.
