Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, invites a qualified Electrical/IC&A engineer to shape Singapore’s coastline at the Greater Southern Waterfront. In this role you will design and implement coastal protection systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure resilience against rising seas.

You will review technical specifications, manage contracts, and coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to drive timely project delivery for the Greater

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in marine, coastal, infrastructure or plant projects.
• Experience with power distribution, switchgear and transformers is preferred.
• Candidates with no prior experience may still apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review specifications/reports for ICA scope (66kV/22kV/LT switchgear, transformers, diesel generator, power cables).
• Support management of Professional Engineering Services and construction works contracts for the Greater Southern Waterfront area.
• Review engineering designs to ensure compliance with government standards and latest technologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholder agencies and community groups for project implementation.
• Manage public feedback and consultant/contractor coordination.
