Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore is seeking a Factory Staff CNC Operator to run CNC machines, interpret 3D drawings, and ensure compliant production for engine servicing and component repair. The role requires adherence to approved procedures (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent) and a focus on safety and quality in a high‑precision environment.

Applicants should have a NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, be comfortable with day and afternoon shifts, and be prepared for overtime, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day and Afternoon) and overtime if required.
• Willing to work at Seletar.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage all CNC machine mechanisms to maintain efficient production.
• Perform work in accordance with approved technical procedures and company standards.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair.
• Maintain safe operation and handling of CNC machines at all times.
