Talent Trader Group seeks a Spring Technician to join its precision manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC spring forming and coiling machines, interpreting drawings and specs to ensure high-quality springs for automotive, electronics, and medical sectors.

Candidates with a mechanical background and CNC knowledge will receive structured training and opportunities for career progression in a stable manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• NITEC or diploma in mechanical/engineering fields.
• Experience operating spring manufacturing or CNC machinery.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC spring forming and coiling machines.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting for optimal production.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on spring equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Monitor production quality and perform dimensional inspections with precision instruments.
• Assist in new product setup, trials, and process improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain machine documentation and production records.
• Follow safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
