Job summary

The position requires excellent blueprint reading skills and the ability to train operators on best practices, ensuring production efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a CNC Machine Setter/Technician in precision machining.
• Proficient with CNC controls (FANUC preferred).
• Strong GD&T interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to setup sheets and drawings.
• Document and communicate stable process parameters to operators.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety compliance checks.
