JOB CHOICES SOLUTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist/Setter to join our precision engineering team.

You will set up and operate CNC Milling and Machining Center machines and program with Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software. Candidates should read engineering drawings, select cutting tools, optimize parameters, and perform in-process inspections to ensure conformance to tolerances.

Qualifications

Experience in CNC Milling / Machining Center setup and programming.
Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming.
Experience with 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis milling.
Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
Familiar with precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC Milling / Machining Center machines.
Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software.
Create and modify G-code / M-code programs.
Setup and operate 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling machines.
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets.
