Job summary

ERATECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a CNC Operator who can interpret drawings and set up CNC turning and milling jobs. The role requires attention to detail and safe operation of machinery to meet production targets.

You will load and unload fixtures and work-pieces, perform daily CNC maintenance, and optimize cutting parameters while ensuring accuracy. Programming skills are a plus and you will follow supervisor instructions while working independently.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting drawings and measuring parts.
• Proficient in operating CNC turning and milling machines.
• Ability to load/unload fixtures and parts safely.
• Perform daily CNC maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Set up machining jobs with proper fixturing and cutting parameters.
• Programming knowledge is a plus.
• Follow directions from Lead/Supervisor and work independently.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Able to interpret drawings and measure with general measurement equipment.
• Able to operate independently and safely on CNC machine (Turning / Milling)
• Include loading and unloading of fixtures / work-piece.
• Perform proper daily maintenance of CNC Machines.
• Able to do setting on machining part with correct methodology:
• Proper fixturing
• Proper cutting parameters
• Assess machine accuracy
• Able to do programming is a plus.
• Perform well in assignment and instruction from Lead/Supervisor.
