DYNACAST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled CNC machinist to perform drilling, tapping, milling and turning on several machines, ensuring precise parts and efficient production.

You will read part drawings and setting sheets, adjust settings for quality and speed, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot to keep equipment running smoothly. Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain programming is a plus, and candidates must be willing to work 3 rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• NTC / NITEC in Machining or equivalent.
• Min 3 years' relevant working experience.
• Willing to work 3 rotating shifts.
• Experience in metal stamping, plastic injection moulding and/or die casting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform drilling, tapping, milling and turning tasks.
• Read and understand part drawings and setting sheets.
• Able to handle multiple CNC machines independently.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
• Read/write simple Fanuc and Heidenhain programming codes.
