The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Machinist (Precision Engineering) in Woodlands. You will operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and turning, translating drawings into programs and setting up tools, fixtures, and workpieces to produce precision components.

You will read blueprints and CAD/CAM files, apply tolerances, and contribute to quality control. Shifts are 12 hours rotation; experience with 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling is required.

Qualifikationen

• NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
• Experience in CNC machining including 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Must be able to work 12 hours rotation shift.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and turning.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM files to generate machine programs.
• Set up tools, fixtures and workpieces per specifications.
• Perform 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling to produce precision parts.
• Read drawings and apply tolerances to ensure quality.
• Program or modify CNC programs to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines; perform basic repairs as needed.
• Support production from planning to inspection and testing.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and report issues to supervisors.
