Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is assisting in recruiting a CNC Machinist / CNC Operator for Auto-Lathe work in Chai Chee. The role involves setting up and operating Auto-Lathe CNC machines, reading drawings, and ensuring quality through inspections.

The candidate should have 2+ years of CNC experience, with NITEC or Diploma in Precision Engineering being advantageous. Salary up to SGD 3,000 plus OT, AWS and bonus; permanent position.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining or operating experience preferred.
• Auto-Lathe CNC experience is advantageous.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of CNC setup, program editing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Auto-Lathe CNC machines.
• Interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
• Perform basic CNC program editing and machine adjustments.
• Conduct dimensional and visual quality inspections.
• Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

Job description

• Position: CNC Machinist / CNC Operator – Auto-Lathe


• Location: Chai Chee


• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Half Day Saturday


• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.30AM to 12.30PM


• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave


• Duration: Permanent
