Job summary

MINISTRY OF RECRUITERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dependable CNC operator who can work confidently and independently in Singapore.

The role involves operating CNC machines, performing first article inspections, and coordinating with design and QC teams to ensure parts meet specifications. The ideal candidate will read mechanical drawings, plan materials and tooling, and stay up-to-date with relevant knowledge. This position is on-site in Singapore with daily machine maintenance and proactive

Qualifications

• Analyzing information and finding the best solutions to problems.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Good communication abilities.
• Plan and optimize materials, tooling and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to perform all tasks.
• Perform first article inspection on all parts according to mechanical drawing.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Able to coordinate with design department and QC department for development of new designs.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Check and maintain and upkeep machinery daily.
• Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.
