Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Singapore seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines for high-precision production. You will read engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and finish requirements.

Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams, select tooling, program machines, and maintain accurate records while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on CNC turning and milling experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC turning and milling machines.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Mazak and Siemens CNC controls.
• Understanding of tooling, inserts, cutting parameters, and materials.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and high surface finish requirements.
• Skilled in interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement instruments.
• Basic understanding of CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens and Shop Turn).
• Read blueprints and specifications.

• Support the operation of CNC machines with Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and work procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and related documentation.
