Job summary

TKL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CNC operator to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery. The role requires reading technical drawings and maintaining quality while meeting production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have GCE O-Level qualifications and hands-on experience with Milling, Lathe, and Wire Cut processes. This position is based in Singapore and involves on-site work with opportunities for mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level is the minimum educational requirement.
• Candidate should be proficient in CNC programming and machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate Milling/Lathe/Wire Cut machines.
• Meet the schedule.
• Carry out preventive maintenance.
• Carry out work piece inspection.
• Improve on machining efficiency to increase productivity.
• Reduce cost.
• Willing to provide programming instruction and setup support for junior worker.
