Job summary

Halcyon Technology Singapore is seeking an experienced Installation & Service Technician to join our team in the Kallang Central Region. This full-time role focuses on installing, maintaining and servicing CNC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and high client satisfaction.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance, communicating clearly with clients and coordinating with teams while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Installation & Service Technician or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair procedures for CNC turning and milling machines.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations in technical installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and set up technology equipment at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and implement solutions.
• Respond to service calls and on-site support.
• Test equipment after installation to verify functionality and compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities and documentation.
