Job summary
RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service CNC manufacturing machines, ensuring peak performance and minimal downtime at our Pioneer site in Singapore.
The role demands hands-on mechanical, electrical, and automation know-how with a proactive maintenance mindset. You'll perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with production teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to rotate day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation faults.
- Repair or replace defective parts to restore performance.
- Maintain maintenance records and parts usage.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to support operations.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and safe work practices.
- Carry out lubrication, greasing, and cleaning tasks.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
