Job summary

EC MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated CNC Shop Supervisor to lead a team of Operators and Machinists in a high‑production environment in Singapore.

You will organize daily targets, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement using PDCA, while coordinating reporting and meetings to ensure on‑time deliveries and efficient use of resources. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong CNC knowledge, and the ability to train staff, optimize fixtures, and implement cost savings.

Qualifications

• Passion in CNC machining technology.
• 5 years working experience in supervisory level in Machine Shop Environment
• Good Technical Sense
• Good Working Knowledge of CNC Machine Operation & Programming. Good Knowledge of Fixture Design will be an added advantage
• Reasonable skill level in Computer (Excel and Words)
• Hardworking and Committed
• Self Disciplined and Initiative
• Self Starter and Self Motivator
• Physically Fit, Independent and Good Working Attitude
• Possess Good Communication Skills (Both Written & Oral)

Responsibilities
