Job summary

ArrowBiome is a Singapore-headquartered precision-microbiome biotech with two platforms and two products already in market. The role leads chemistry, manufacturing and controls as we move from lab to volume production, building a dependable, scalable product.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in chemical/biochemical engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on leadership building CMC from bench to commercial scale.
• Experience with EFfCI, ISO 9001 and regulatory readiness.
• Ability to scale from pilot to volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own process development, scale-up and tech transfer to ensure reliable production.
• Lead the CMC function and manage supplier relationships.
• Own cost economics and quality controls including certifications.
• Collaborate with CTO and CEO to shape strategy from discovery to market.
