Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites a Process Engineer (Pharmaceutical MNC) to join our Singapore team. This role focuses on coordinating process engineering deliverables for deadlines across capital projects, tech transfers, and new product introductions in biologics.

The successful candidate will support manufacturing engineering, test new process technologies, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, yield, and cost while maintaining strict GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as Process Engineer.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process engineering deliverables to meet project deadlines.
• Support manufacturing engineering and tech transfer activities.
• Develop and test new process technologies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare PFDs, control strategies and documentation for qualification.
• Assist in process validation, FAT/SAT activities and risk assessments.
• Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders.
