Singapore Swimming Club is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily M&E maintenance, inspect facilities, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate maintenance projects, and support events with technical readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Building Services.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar operational setting.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning, electrical systems, sound systems, and plumbing.
• A valid plumber license is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the Club and ensure all M&E systems are safe and operational.
• Supervise technicians and contractors, plan and monitor maintenance tasks and projects.
• Coordinate contractors' work with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical support for events including setup, testing, and standby operations.
• Maintain documentation, maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
