Job summary

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II (Cloud) to join our CX team. You will work on Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure, resolving complex issues, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to product improvements.

The role involves on-call rotations, after-hours coverage, and collaboration with engineers across data centers to ensure high performance and reliability for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with networking, storage, observability, HPC, and Linux admin.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members in developing technical skills across CoreWeave disciplines.
• Provide real-time feedback, review tickets, and support QA initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to improve issue resolution efficiency.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear, empathetic on‑call communications.
• Contribute to troubleshooting playbooks and best practices.
• Create knowledge resources and tutorials to share knowledge.
• Engage in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as needed.
