Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Specialist in Singapore to design, implement and maintain a scalable Linux platform. You will work with multiple technology teams to ensure security, performance, and availability and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.

You should bring 10–15 years of Linux infrastructure experience, strong automation skills, and familiarity with cloud and on‑prem deployments. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Linux/Unix infrastructure experience.
• Banking domain experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in on‑prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong automation and release engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a reliable, scalable Linux platform.
• Lead 24/7 on‑call rotation and drive SRE improvements.
• Improve toil reduction, observability, and monitoring across platforms.
• Contribute to deployment design, testing, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
