Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a senior cloud and AI solutions architect in Singapore to design scalable architectures across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and AI platforms.

You will analyze business needs, prepare proposals and POC plans, and support migration, deployment, and optimization while ensuring security, compliance, performance, and cost controls. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for coordination with China HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud solution architecture, technical consulting, or design in ICT.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking, storage, security, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage risks, resources, dependencies, and timelines while meeting security, compliance, performance, and cost requirements.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders in China HQ.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and reliable cloud and AI solution architectures covering IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, MaaS, cloud AI platforms, and security configurations.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and provide cloud and AI solutions to support enterprise digital transformation.
• Prepare solution proposals, architecture documents, cost estimates, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) plans.
• Support cloud migration, deployment, implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting across computing, storage, networking, containers, middleware, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver end-to-end cloud and AI solutions.
• Manage technical risks, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and cost requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions meet customers’ technical, security, compliance, performance, and cost requirements.
• To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking technical and product teams, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related major.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cloud solution architecture, technical consulting, solution design, or solution delivery within the ICT industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing architecture and services, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, computing, storage, networking, containers, middleware, security, and high-availability design.
• Have solid understanding of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), AI agents, and cloud-based machine learning platforms.
• Experience in enterprise cloud or AI transformation projects, solution design, technical proposal development, and POC delivery within banking, internet, or large enterprise environments is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking technical and product teams stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
