Job summary

WORLD PARTNERS SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to collaborate on designing and testing security controls aligned with guidelines.

You will document designs, support enterprise security architecture, and help monitor and improve security systems across the environment. The role requires 1–3 years in Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Security with hands-on AWS experience, IAM familiarity, and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Security experience.
• Hands-on AWS Cloud Services experience.
• Familiarity with IAM and Zero Trust concepts.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design of security controls and systems in alignment with security guidelines.
• Assist in testing and evaluation of new security technologies and controls.
• Document the design, operation, use and outputs of new systems.
• Aware of modern security software architectures and network design best practices.
• Participate in implementing new enterprise security architecture and enhancements.
• Resolve issues that arise in implementation of new security systems.
• Monitor security systems and propose improvements to address weaknesses.
• Maintain security systems, platforms and related software.
• Contribute to disaster recovery drills and simulation tests on existing systems.
• Assist in resolving identified problems and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design of security controls and systems in alignment with security guidelines
• Assist in the testing and evaluation of new security technologies and controls
• Document the design, operation, use, and expected outputs of new systems
• Aware of modern security software architectures and network architecture design best practices
• Participate in the Implementation of new enterprise security architecture, technologies and enhancements
• Resolve issues that arise in implementation of new security systems
• Monitor security systems for strengths and weaknesses and propose improvements to address weaknesses
• Involve in the maintenance of security systems, platforms and associated software
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of custom disaster recovery drills and simulation tests on existing systems
• Assist in the resolution of identified problems and incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience inCloud Infrastructure EngineeringorCloud Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience withAWS Cloud Services
• Experience inCloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Solid understanding ofbasic security concepts such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege Access, Encryption and Key Management and Security Incident Response
• Familiarity withcloud security products including Firewalls, Vulnerability scanning and remediation tools and logging and monitoring tools
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
