Job summary

PCSS is seeking a Cloud Operations Maintenance Specialist to drive performance and reliability of our cloud environments. You will gather metrics, collaborate with delivery teams, and implement automation to reduce incidents while maintaining SLAs.

The role requires 6–8 years in IT infrastructure cloud operations and a solid foundation in observability and system design. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CE/CS/IS or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in IT infrastructure cloud operations.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently & multitask.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault finding.
• Collaborate with teams to improve services through testing, workflows, and best practices.
• Create sustainable systems through automation and uplift.
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined SLAs.

• Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
• Partner with various teams to improve services through testing, workflow and best practice
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplift
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation, adding of workflow etc.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, to delivery service and project on time and to requirement while focusing on operation work
