Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. invites an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, operate, and maintain secure, scalable ICT infrastructure that underpins our digital services.

The role also provides end-user technical support to help staff use IT systems, devices, and enterprise services effectively. You will work across server, cloud, network, and endpoint platforms, monitor health and performance, and drive upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and automation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer science, engineering, or IT.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, CCNA or ITIL v3 Foundation are advantageous.
• Experience designing, deploying and managing enterprise ICT infrastructure for Cloud services (AWS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and related technologies, with focus on infrastructure security.
• Ability to work independently with multi-tasking and leadership qualities.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication with stakeholders.
• Team player with good organization and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and support server, cloud, network, endpoint, and platform infrastructure.
• Monitor health, availability, capacity, and performance to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Implement automation and improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Government ICT security policies and governance requirements.
• Provide Level 1/2 end-user support and incident coordination; document procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to deliver ICT services.
