Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore seeks a Logging & Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a scalable logging and data-Platform that supports MOE's SSOE platform. You will manage data across on‑prem, GCC, AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments and work with observability and data teams to enable reliable telemetry and cross‑system data movement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, logging engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building or operating production logging, telemetry, or data-platform capabilities.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud-native services.
• Experience integrating on-premise and cloud environments, or operating systems in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with production data ingestion, streaming, routing, storage, indexing, or search platforms.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD for production environments.
• Experience designing systems for scalability, resilience, security, and operational support.
• Designs reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions for individual applications.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and modern telemetry collection patterns.
• Experience operating large-scale or high-volume logging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the logging and data-platform capabilities for MOE's SSOE platform.
• Collect, transport, store, index, search, and serve operational data across on-prem, GCC, AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Observability and Data Engineering teams on shared data-platform capabilities.
• Implement platform components for end-to-end service observability and data movement.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient integration across environments.
