Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure operations preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience with virtualisation and cloud technologies.
• Strong background in incident management and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply Infrastructure and Platform operational best practices.
• Deploy and manage Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-premises systems.
• Monitor Infrastructure performance and implement corrective actions.
