Job summary

Seoulstart is looking for a senior Infrastructure/Platform Engineer to lead the DevOps strategy and cloud optimization for fast, global growth. You will own data and AI infrastructure across distributed teams, and define observability and tooling standards for multiple regions.

With 3+ years in infrastructure roles, you will bring Kubernetes, Terraform and GitOps expertise, plus experience with Kafka/Flink/Spark and hands-on programming in at least one language. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tooling.
• Data streaming experience with Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one language.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of DevOps strategy and cloud infrastructure optimization for performance, scalability, security.
• Develop and evolve cloud infrastructure supporting next 10x growth across multiple countries.
• Own data and AI infrastructure globally across distributed teams.
• Design observability and detection capabilities to reduce problem discovery time.
• Build consensus among DevOps Engineers across geographies on tools and practices.
• Establish infrastructure standards across feature teams in different regions.
