Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to join a GovTech project team focused on document management.

You will bridge technical infrastructure and business needs, ensuring robust, scalable, and user-centric DMS solutions. Collaboration with Project Managers, Cloud Architects, and Technical Consultants is essential. The role includes rotating 24/7 standby support and after-hours maintenance or patching as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Document Management Systems and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of web functions, security principles, sessions, and responsive design.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical detail and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Administration: Manage enterprise-grade Document Management Systems to streamline content lifecycles.
• Requirements Analysis: Lead workshops to translate business workflows into specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Define validation criteria and review system integration testing and data conversion.

Selected candidate will be offered a direct 2 year contract employment.

As a member specializing in Document Management Systems (DMS), you will be a pivotal member of a high-impact GovTech project team. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Cloud Architects, and Technical Consultants, you will design and deliver mission-critical ICT capabilities that empower public sector efficiency. This role involves rotational 24/7 standby support and planned after-office hours maintenance or patching activities; candidates should be comfortable with such optional requirements.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business requirements, ensuring our document management solutions are robust, scalable, and user-centric. Your key responsibilities include:

• Administration: Manage enterprise-grade Document Management Systems to streamline organizational content and document lifecycles
• Requirements Analysis: Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to translate complex business workflows into functional and design specifications
• Quality Assurance: Define validation and acceptance criteria; rigorously review system integration testing and data conversion processes to ensure high-standard delivery
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve complex technical issues, implementing preventive measures to optimize performance

Technical Qualifications

• Document Management Expertise: At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience with OpenText Document Management Systems and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Web Standards: Strong understanding of general web functions, security principles, session management, and mobile-responsive design
