The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
- Plan, maintain, and enhance the architecture and performance of cloud infrastructure systems, ensuring efficient use of resources and high availability.
- Provide expert support across infrastructure operations, leveraging deep knowledge in cloud technologies, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
- Ensure the stability and integrity of the infrastructure environment by adhering to operational standards and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with system requirements and business needs.
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring effective coordination among teams, on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers, track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining strong working relationships.
The Talent:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management, including significant exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS or Azure) are required.
