Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled technologist to join our Cloud & Data Centre Solutions team.

The role focuses on planning, executing and supporting project technical aspects, including new setup or upgrades of system and network infrastructure, and ensuring service levels are met. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux in virtual environments, virtualization/hypervisors, and familiarity with AI/ML workloads in cloud.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux in virtual environments.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and hypervisors.
• Knowledge of VPNs and firewalls.
• Networking fundamentals for switches/routers.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and workloads in cloud.
• Experience with containers and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control technical aspects of projects.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure.
• Support operational systems to meet contractual SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operational activities.
• Provide project documentation and reports.

Our client provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

Be Part of Our Success:

• Plan, execute, monitor and control the various Technical aspect of the Project.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
• Provide project documentation and reports
• Diagnose and rectify technical issue

Qualities We Value:

• Knowledge in Windows server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment would be an advantage
• Knowledge and 3 years hands‑on experience with Virtualization and Hypervisors, Nutanix platform would be an advantage
• Knowledge in VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage
• Knowledge in network switches/routers would be an advantage
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning models, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI workloads in cloud environments
• Understanding of dockers and containerization technologies and how they support AI/ML workloads
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
• Pro‑active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills
