Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the design, deployment, and management of cloud architectures across AWS and Azure, applying best practices in cloud engineering and security to mitigate risks.

You will guide Day 1 deployment and Day 2 operations, drive automation with IaC, CI/CD, and monitoring, and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies while maintaining resilience and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and operations.
• Experience delivering cloud solutions for enterprise/government sectors in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures and controls following security/compliance guidelines.
• Evaluate new cloud-native services, tools, and deployment models for scalability, resilience, and security.
• Document cloud designs, operations, and outputs for AWS and Azure environments.
• Lead Day 1 deployment and Day 2 operations across cloud platforms.
• Automate infrastructure and processes with IaC, CI/CD, and monitoring.
