Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineering Lead to drive architecture and delivery of our cloud platform. This hands-on leadership role designs secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS solutions while mentoring a team of engineers.

You will champion IaC with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Ansible, lead automation, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring cloud initiatives align with business goals and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable AWS solutions.
• Lead adoption of cloud best practices, automation, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and foster collaboration, DevOps culture, and technical growth.
