ORACLE CAPAC SERVICES UNLIMITED COMPANY (SINGAPORE BRANCH) invites a results-driven solution marketer to define the APAC go-to-market strategy for our lakehouse and AI offerings, aligning messaging with global directives.

The role focuses on driving adoption, creating customer-facing content, organizing events, and delivering live demos while collaborating with sales, cloud engineering, and customer success teams to maximize renewals and expansion in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lakehouse & AI tech (Iceberg, Delta, Spark, AI Agent).
• Excellent English communication; can engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developer engagement and technical marketing is advantageous.
• Proven APAC cloud/SaaS sales experience.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building.
• Strong collaboration across teams.
• Self-motivated with prioritization skills.

Job description

• Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Define APAC go-to-market strategy and align lakehouse solution messaging with global directives. Create customer-facing and internal content, plan demand generation strategies, and empower sales and cloud engineering teams.
• Drive Adoption and Usage: Increase usage, identify new open source workload opportunities, enhance customer value, and boost cloud renewals and consumption expansions.
• Engage with customer data & AI team: Evangelize the benefits of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a full-stack provider for deploying lakehouse & AI solution. Provide technical content and experiences based on lakehouse & AI technologies. Organise events and leverage social media to raise awareness.
• Deliver Live Demonstrations: Develop contextual demos using lakehouse & AI technologies efficiently.
• Handle Technical Objections: Strong technical objection handling skills and experience of deep technical interactions with lakehouse & AI teams
• Customer Success: Gather and share real customer use cases to inform product development, marketing, and sales efforts. Create compelling customer success stories.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Passionate with hands on experience of lakehouse & AI technologies including Iceberg, Delta, Spark and AI Agent.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English with strong written, oral, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and executives.
• Developer Engagement: Experience in developer engagement, advocacy, evangelism, relations, community building, or technical marketing is advantageous.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling cloud services and application development platforms within the APAC market.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships.
• Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as part of a team. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated individual adept at task prioritization and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
