Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist under SPC.
• Experience in aseptic compounding or extemporaneous preparation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigational products (IP), including receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, accountability, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Perform dispensing, extemporaneous preparation, and aseptic compounding activities.
• Manage controlled drugs and pharmacy inventory in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support clinical trial activities, including randomization and unblinding procedures.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and SOP reviews.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy support staff as required.
