Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Singapore-registered Pharmacist to oversee Investigational Products and other pharmacy activities for clinical trials at Buona Vista. Mon–Fri, with a completion bonus, and a focus on compliance and quality in a regulated environment.

The role requires experience in compounding or cleanroom/manufacturing settings, and knowledge of GCP, GMP, and GDP to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Singapore-registered Pharmacist required.
• Experience in compounding or cleanroom/manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of GCP, GMP & GDP.

Responsibilities

• Manage Investigational Products (IP), Controlled Drugs (CD), Therapeutic Products (TP) and other pharmacy products, including receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, labelling, inventory, reconciliation, destruction and documentation.
• Perform extemporaneous preparation, aseptic compounding and dispensing activities.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, environmental monitoring, cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Act as the pharmacy liaison for assigned clinical trials and support protocol development, randomization and unblinding procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with clinical trial protocols, SOPs, regulatory requirements and professional pharmacy standards.
• Support audits and inspections, including follow-up on identified issues, and review/update local SOPs where required.
• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy personnel and perform other duties as required.
