RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Project Specialist to oversee the effective management and implementation of clinical trials within the CRU, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate study timelines, initiate sites, monitor visits and training, support documentation and audits while collaborating with sponsors, investigators, monitors and vendors. Travel overseas is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Degree in Nursing, Sciences, Health related or Management field
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Coordination Experience
• Willing to travel overseas

Aufgaben

• Manage clinical studies from planning and implementation through to close-out.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CRU, Sponsors, investigators, monitors, vendors and Ethics/Institutional Review Boards.
• Coordinate study timelines, site initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, training and study meetings.
• Support protocol and study document development, regulatory submissions, safety reporting and trial documentation.
• Monitor study progress, risks, issues and deliverables, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage study-related vendors, supplies and budget tracking.
• Support audits, inspections, SOP updates and process improvement initiatives.
