Job summary

Healthcare Essentials Pte Ltd is seeking a clinically experienced professional to provide support for the operating room portfolio, ensuring safe and effective deployment of products. You will stay current with surgical and gynecology developments and train customers to build confidence in the portfolio.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site trainings, audits, and working with the sales team to convert new users, especially in obstetrics and gynecology, while fostering strong customer

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification or similar clinical background preferred.
• Proactive, go-the-extra-mile attitude with growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to the operating room portfolio, ensuring safe deployment of products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures, techniques, and products in Surgical and Gynaecology.
• Organise on-site trainings and educational talks to engage customers.
• Develop training and conduct quality audits to advise customers on device conversion.
• Build relationships with customers and thought leaders as an ambassador for Healthcare Essentials.
• Support sales in converting new users and accounts, focusing on obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Contribute to sales growth by translating clinical trust into business conversion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategies to acquire new customers and grow market share.
